All courses run by The Cyber Scheme are designed to help candidates become a confident, skilled, and well-rounded cyber security professional, with proven and tested skills. The organisation aims to support the development of skills, knowledge and techniques required for a career in penetration testing and ethical hacking.

The Cyber Scheme was set up in 2013 to develop robust professional standards for ethical security testers. Now in its ninth year, the organisation provides a high-quality platform for certification in critical skills areas required to support the UK’s National Cyber Security Needs. The Cyber Scheme has been contracted to operate technical certification for the CHECK assured service scheme operated by The National Cyber Security Centre. CHECK is the scheme under which NCSC approved companies can conduct authorised penetration tests of public sector and CNI systems and networks.
