Cyber Security is incredibly diverse and requires a vast array of skilled people from all walks of life. You don’t necessarily need to be technical to be part of the industry; problem solving, psychology and the ability to identify and understand risk are all valuable skills too.
We run a number of competitions testing different skills and age groups. Our main competitions programme involves online qualifiers and face-to-face semi-finals culminating in the annual Masterclass grand finale where our champion of the year is crowned.
Our sponsors provide challenges that are designed to test the skills that will help you to progress through to a F2F event and ultimately through to our Masterclass.
The abilities tested in all of our competitions will help those of you who are looking to secure a career in the Cyber Security industry.Play now
Those who do well in the virtual competitions are invited to take part in further challenges. These are called Face to Face competitions which are developed by our Sponsors and are a real opportunity to demonstrate your skills.
The Cyber Games section is available for registered schools and teams only. If you are a member of a registered team, you will be told by your teacher in charge of Cyber Games.
The next European Cyber Security Competition (ECSC) will take place in Malaga, Spain on 30 October, with a Face to Face qualifier taking place in July 2017. Watch this space for more news.Read more
Sometimes a nudge in the right direction can make all the difference. So we have worked with our alumni group and our sponsors to create a virtual toolkit – a set of the core places to seek out important information, and fundamental tools to use when playing our competitions.
