CyberAttack!

The IT team at Trojan Horse Adventures theme park is worried. They’ve been working hard with Sales and Operations to launch a brand new vertical drop ride ‘MakesYouWannaCry’ in time for summer. A recent DDOS attack and media reports of a cyber incident in the US with one of their core systems suppliers has got them spooked.

CyberAttack! is a brand new immersive group training experience developed in collaboration with BAE Systems and The Open University to improve understanding of the organisational-wide impact of a cyber attack, designed for corporate teams, third year undergrads and career changers.

CyberChoices by The National Crime Agency

The National Crime Agency (NCA) partners with Cyber Security Challenge UK to deliver CyberLand and Cyber Choices Challenges through Cybergamesuk.com, designed to nurture young cyber talent and reduce the global skills shortage. Tens of thousands of players nationally have logged on to test and improve their cyber security knowledge.

CyberLand and the Cyber Choices Challenges form part of the NCA’s Cyber Choices programme – an ongoing effort to guide young people towards positive pathways while staying on the right side of the law.

CyberLand

CyberLand is a series of short, interactive games that function as a readily accessible platform for teaching cyber concepts such as the use of firewalls, staying safe on public wifi and how to spot phishing emails. The games also introduce some of the key roles in cyber.

Cyber Challenge In A Box

LATEST NEWS: We have now reengineered Cyber Challenge in a Box (CCIAB) to be an online activity, now available at no cost on the cybergamesuk.com from the ‘other games’ menu or through Cyberland in a new house (next to the Ferris Wheel).  Clear your browser caches and stored images etc if you have difficulty finding it.

Cyber Challenge in a Box (CCIAB) is an experience designed to introduce the concept of cyber security to KS2 and KS3 students (ie: up to age 14 or so), though it is fun for all ages. It can be played by individuals, but for students is probably best played in groups with a teacher / trainer /group leader. Over the course of an hour or so, students must sift through evidence, solve clues and finish puzzles in a race against time. The aim of the game – apart from thwarting an imminent cyber attack on the UK – is to inspire students to pick STEM subjects for GCSE, demonstrate the lines drawn in ethical hacking and give them the key skills they need to stay safe online.

We no longer offer the original physical face-to-face version of CCIAB.  If you need any spares of the physical props, do get in touch as we may have some available, or can advise on how to source or build your own.
