I’m a student at the University of Birmingham, studying Computer Science as part of a Degree Apprenticeship with PwC. My first experience of cyber security was in the Cyber Centurion competition, after my Computer Science teacher suggested I get involved. Since then, I’ve been captivated.
A four-time finalist and winner of Cyber Centurion V in 2018, my experience has enabled me to pursue a career in the industry. I’ve continued to work with St George’s School Edgbaston to help raise awareness of the competition and highlight the possibilities that come with a pathway into cyber security. During my internship with the Challenge, my main focus is the development of new training materials and lesson plans to help students and teachers prepare and participate in the seventh edition of CyberCenturion.
